About the role:Â
- Road map short and long-term strategies with each client, utilising their production tools: Monday.com.
- Define client’s requirements, performance objectives, and core business goals and KPI's.
- Responsible for improving and growing the Support and Success Department
- Work with key team members to design strategic approaches to generate results and drive business growth for each client.
- Manage and send business audits and proposals to existing clients
- Responsible for quality assurance and take ownership and responsibility for final work delivered to clients.
- Hold weekly meetings with key clients to discuss projects being worked on or that have been completed.
- Meet or exceed set monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
