Job description
We're needing a handful of experienced Level 1 Helpdesk Engineers to join our client for an immediate start. This position is an essential service and you will be required to work onsite, based in Wellington CBD. We're after people with excellent communication skills, and e will also consider sharp IT graduates!
You must be okay with working in a 24/7 shift environment, and have no convictions.
Ideal canddates will have experience across the following:
Priority will be given to those who can be available as soon as possible.

- familiarity with O365 and user setup
- escalations to Level 2
- managing ticket queue
