Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 technical support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Escalate complex issues to Level 4 support as needed
- Participate in projects related to end-user computing, such as hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and rollouts of new technology
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-user computing support
- Strong technical skills related to end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
- Experience with enterprise-level endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft SCCM or Intune
- Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) technologies, such as Citrix or VMware Horizon
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
