Our client, a huge technology company, is seeking a Level 3 End User Compute Engineer to join their team for a 6 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced engineer to work with a dynamic and innovative team and provide exceptional technical support

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 technical support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
• Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Escalate complex issues to Level 4 support as needed
• Participate in projects related to end-user computing, such as hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and rollouts of new technology
• Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-user computing support
• Strong technical skills related to end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
• Experience with enterprise-level endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft SCCM or Intune
• Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) technologies, such as Citrix or VMware Horizon
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
