Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a Network Capacity and Vendor Manager to join their team!

About the role: 

• Responsible for dealing with over 100 vendors and 45 of them are critical vendors for the business.
• 70% vendor management and 30% Network Capacity Planning.
• Responsible for discussing contract renewals with executives, working closely with sales and operations, and dealing with reconciliation and renewals around vendors. 
• Managing escalations and invoicing recons 

About you:

• 5+ years of Telco/IT Managed Services experience managing supplier relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Moderate level of technical understanding related to telecommunications technologies
• Experience in capacity management and reporting
• Have working experience of Excel
