Job description

Our client is looking for a Network Operations Manager to lead a managed service customer contract. We are looking for someone who can show they have ran a network operations team before. Will have to be strong in routers, switches and WiFi networks. Needs to be strong in managing/dealing with the customer and have drive and enthusiasm to get things done at a good speed. 

As Network Operations Manager you will act as a leader, problem solver, organiser and be sought out for your pragmatic solutions to keeping the lights on in your customer’s environment.

As Network Operations Manager some of your responsibilities will be:
  • Lead and Direct the Agile Devops team.
  • Accountable for Network availability.
  • Advise on Network tool usage, status, patching, release, deployment, risks, call outs.
  • Manage Customer engagement and outcomes.
  • Provide performance management.
  • Provide service level management and compliance. 
  • Provide SLA Reporting. 
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Direct the team to ensure your service outcomes are achieved.
