• Scripting or Development experieince 
• Telco support experience
• Customer focused mindset
• Team player, bright person, ability to learn
• Any Optics experience (valued but not necessary)

You will need to be happy with on-call work in addition to regular hours which you will be handsomely rewarded for :)
