We’re currently seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) to join a high-performing technology team within a large-scale, dynamic environment. 


What you’ll do:

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, support scoping activities, and develop solutions aligned to business needs.
• Own and manage requirements and change processes, ensuring alignment across multiple projects and programmes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and system knowledge to support ongoing delivery and support functions.
• Provide design, management, and support across all aspects of the Temenos platform.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team outcomes beyond core testing or development tasks.
• Proactively communicate with key stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure delivery milestones are met.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of technical experience with T24 tools, including TAFJ, IF, and IRIS.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos architecture, interfaces, customisation, and report reconciliation.
• Experience with COB operations and production monitoring.
• Proficiency in cloud-based deployments, Infrastructure as Code, and containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes, HELM, YAML).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, Spinnaker, Terraform, Bitbucket, Nexus, JIRA).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Background in banking or financial services.
• T24 certification or training.
• Cloud certification (e.g., AWS).
• Kubernetes certification.
