Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain portfolio reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Provide valuable insights to support data-driven decision making and trend analysis.
• Manage portfolio financial tracking, including accruals and month-end journals.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as recruitment support and contractor onboarding/offboarding.
• Proactively manage contractor timesheets, ensuring accurate project allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with financial tracking and budget management.
• Strong coordination and administrative abilities.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying areas for improvement.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
