Our large telco client is in need of highly experienced Principal Solution Architects to join an existing team here in the Wellington CBD. 

As the Principal SA you will lead architecture strategy, design and development within the business to enable technology foundation capability, business change and company success. 

There is an Infrastructure focused Principal Solution Architect role that will involve being accountable for delivering roadmaps and architecture strategy in the Infrastructure domain. This will require broad knowledge of the following; 

• VMWare
• Networking (preferably NSX)
• Storage
• Databases (clustering HA, etc). 

For the second Principal Solution Architect role, this is more Security focused and you will be working closely with the CSO. The main responsibilities of this role will be;

• Working closely with the CSO, to build a technology strategy and roadmap for security infrastructure
• Oversee the projects that will deliver the infrastructure
• Providing security consulting to most projects
• Work closely with the investment manager to plan the activities and funding
