Our client is looking for a contractor to step into an incident management role for a couple of months while they look for a perm resource.Â
In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and communication for all critical or high priority client service-impacting outages to ensure they have a minimal impact on all downstream users and are resolved as quickly as possible. You will also lead all aspects of post-incident activities including after action reviews. You will also be responsible for reactive and proactive problem management activities.
If you have a couple of years in an incident or problem management role then we want to hear from you! Even if it is a hybrid role with another technical or SDM type of position.Â
