Our client is looking for a contractor to step into an incident management role for 3 months initially to help out with a large piece of work,Â
In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and communication for all critical or high priority client service-impacting outages to ensure they have a minimal impact on all downstream users and are resolved as quickly as possible. You will also lead all aspects of post-incident activities including after action reviews. You will also be responsible for reactive and proactive problem management activities.
If you have any experience in an incident or problem management role then we want to hear from you! Even if it is a hybrid role with another technical or SDM type of position.Â
