We’re looking for two experienced Product Owners to help shape and deliver innovative digital experiences that support learners, educators, and academic teams across Aotearoa. You’ll join a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment that’s modernising online learning platforms and digital services.
Based in the Hutt but super flexible working stye. 

🔹 About the roles

• Web & Student Engagement Platforms: Focused on website, communications (including SMS), and student-facing experiences.
• Learning & Assessment Systems: Centred on marking, reporting, and business intelligence (BI) products that underpin learner success.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Own the product roadmap – prioritise features and enhancements that deliver measurable outcomes for learners and staff.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the backlog and sprint delivery using agile and test-driven practices.
• Balance operational stability with continuous improvement across web, SMS, and analytics systems.
• Contribute to release planning, quality assurance, and post-release validation, ensuring the highest usability and performance standards.

🔹 What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Test Manager in a digital, SaaS, or enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of website and platform delivery, including experience with CMS, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Background in testing, QA, or UAT management – you value quality and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and reporting environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from technical teams to executive level.
• A genuine passion for improving learner and educator experiences through accessible, well-designed digital products.
