Job description

We are looking for a Programme Manager who will create and execute the baseline plan for an operational transition.  

The role requires effective co-ordination of business, people, asset change management and the inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Planning and designing the baseline transition programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues etc.
  • Defining and managing the programmes governance
  • Day to Day micro and macro project management
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme 
  • Managing the programmes budget, expenditure, and costs 
  • Managing third party contributions to the programme
  • Managing communications with all stakeholders 
  • Managing risks to the programmes successful outcome

About you: 
  • Experienced with Microsoft SharePoint, Project, Office Suite and Power BI
  • A proven track record of delivering large scale transition programmes, ideally in the Utilities sector 
  • Proven expertise to understand client requirements with regards to product and services modifications
  • A robust operator with the ability to work 10 hour days
