Required Skills:

• Significant experience (ideally 5+ years) in technology programme management, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven leadership in programme management across complex, multi-stream technology deliverables.
• Strong governance practice, including established steering committee cadence, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and executive-level reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate prioritization and decisions.
• Outcome-focused mindset, with capabilities in benefits/KPI tracking and transparent reporting on project health.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AI or data-driven projects.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and risk control measures.
• Familiarity with commercial and vendor financial management practices.
