Job description

Our client is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team! You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling invoices from suppliers, coordinating IT access requests, arranging laptop requests, and booking meeting rooms. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in supporting our clients project teams and ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process purchase orders and invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Coordinate IT access requests and manage the provisioning of necessary equipment, including laptops.
  • Book and manage meeting room schedules to ensure availability and avoid conflicts.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and documentation.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with managing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Familiarity with IT access requests and equipment provisioning is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
