We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure upgrades across the education sector.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating circuit upgrade activities across 100+ sites in partnership with telco and engineering teams
• Tracking progress of site migrations and following up with internal and external teams on status updates and timelines
• Supporting collaboration between technology providers, schools, and engineers to ensure smooth access and implementation
• Facilitating technical coordination tasks between key stakeholders
• Helping to remove roadblocks by keeping activities aligned and moving forward

What we’re looking for:

• Strong coordination and organisational skills, ideally in a technical, infrastructure or telco environment
• Confidence communicating with engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders to help align priorities and timelines
• Experience supporting project teams through task tracking and issue resolution (not formal project management)
• Comfortable working with multiple moving parts and happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done
• Telco, ICT or education sector experience is a bonus – but not essential
