The role:
- Reports to the Project Manager
- Supports the Change Manager and Project Manager with project administration and coordination
- Is Auckland based with plenty of opportunity to work from home
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working on technical projects including Security (ideally) initiatives
- Experience working as a change manager or assisting a change manager
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) and able to build and maintain relationships
- Highly Organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Teams as a tool to store project documents an advantage but not essential
- Competent with Office technology (Word, Excel) – ability to manipulate data in Excel an advantage
- Competent at minute taking, and following up actions to ensure completion
- Be able to setup and manage actions logs, risks and issue logs. Demonstrates an understanding of risk and issue management, likelihood and impact classifications, risk heat maps and risk ratings.
- Can setup project file repositories, and ensure documentation is stored in the correct location
- Basic project accounting experience. Understands how to assign expenses to a work breakdown structure, code expenses to an account, raise purchase orders etc. Can confidently manage cataloguing and tracking of expenses. The resource will work with accounting staff and be supported, but some experience / exposure in this area is necessary
