At Toyota New Zealand, we are focused on continuous improvement and delivering better experiences for our customers, our people, and our partners. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex IT initiatives within our Project Management Office.

In this role, you will guide projects from early scoping through to implementation and operational handover. You will ensure each initiative is well governed, clearly defined, and aligned to Toyota NZ’s strategic priorities. Strong relationship-building and communication skills will be essential as you work with teams across the business to support successful delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline and quality expectations are met
· Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle
· Provide clear, timely communication and reporting to stakeholders, including executives
· Support business readiness and change activities to ensure new solutions are well understood and adopted
· Manage risks, issues, dependencies and project documentation to maintain delivery confidence

About You
You will bring extensive project or programme management experience (ideally 8+ years) and a strong understanding of both IT and business environments. Experience across eCommerce, CRM or similar customer technology projects would be beneficial. You’re confident managing complex initiatives, balancing competing priorities, and engaging with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. With strong analytical thinking, a positive and resilient approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you foster trusted relationships and help teams deliver great outcomes.
