Job description
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Property Consultant to lead negotiations with vendors across the building maintenance portfolio.
As the Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all building maintenance vendors that provide services to all of my clients’ buildings, including offices, stores, network locations and data centres.
The ideal candidate will have experience setting up technical requirements for contracts and negotiating terms for contracts. We are seeking someone with strong property maintenance skills, ideally with some experience in data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all vendor relationships for building maintenance services
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for services including HVAC, lighting, power, lifts, access control, alarms, and other related services
- Set up technical requirements for contracts and negotiate terms for contracts
- Manage and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure service delivery is efficient and effective
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Experience in data centre maintenance is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
