This role will be part time at 3 days per week. 6 month initial contractÂ
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership: Demonstrate your expertise in overseeing end-to-end property fit-outs, including IT, connectivity, physical infrastructure, and more. Your strategic approach will ensure seamless project execution and integration.
- Negotiation Mastery: Leverage your negotiation prowess to secure optimal lease terms, swiftly address tenant concerns, and enhance tenant satisfaction and property profitability.
- Compliance with Government Standards: Utilize your experience with Government Property Group standards to ensure all properties align with governmental regulations, guaranteeing compliance and peace of mind.
- Effective Written Communication: Your adept writing skills will be crucial in preparing clear and concise reports, lease agreements, and essential documentation.
- Strategic Property Planning: Contribute your strategic insights to refine and implement property strategies that maximize portfolio value and performance.
- Seamless Relocation Management: Your relocation expertise will shine as you manage tenant relocations, minimizing disruptions and ensuring a seamless transition process.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, external stakeholders, and tenants, cultivating positive relationships and optimizing property operations.
- Project Management Mastery: Demonstrated experience in overseeing property fit-outs, encompassing IT infrastructure, connectivity, and physical setups.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms and adeptly handle tenant needs.
- Government Standards: Proficiency in adhering to Government Property Group standards and ensuring unwavering regulatory compliance.
- Clear and Concise Communication: Excellent written communication skills for producing comprehensive reports, agreements, and crucial documents.
