The Role
As the Public Cloud Chapter Lead, you will manage AWS and Azure architecture and DevOps teams within a dynamic consulting environment. You will shape consulting offerings, champion cloud first delivery, and provide strong strategic leadership to both customers and internal teams. You will bring a clear vision for what best in class cloud consulting looks like and turn that vision into action.

What You Will Be Doing Day to Day
- Lead and coach Public Cloud Architects and DevOps Engineers across AWS and Azure
- Develop capability, uplift technical craft, and provide hands on coaching and mentoring
- Manage team capacity, delivery performance, and operational efficiency to optimise outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales teams to create and pitch compelling cloud consulting propositions
- Provide expert insights on market trends, cloud technologies, and competitive opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
- Promote the value and impact of your team
- Proven success leading high performance Cloud, Consulting, or Product teams
- Strong consulting background with a collaborative leadership style
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience driving operational improvements and delivering sustainable efficiencies
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P and L management
- Customer centric leadership with exceptional communication abilities
- Systems thinking and the ability to create clarity in complex and ambiguous situations
