Comspek is a Kiwi-owned and operated specialist ICT recruitment consultancy with offices in Auckland and Wellington. Due to our continued success, we are looking to welcome a couple new Recruitment Consultants to our Wellington team. You might have one or two years of experience in specialist ICT recruitment, or have been in B2B Sales or Consulting and looking to kick off your career in an exciting, fast paced and growing industry. Whichever you are, you will be hard working, personable, resilient and interested in not just building long-term relationships, but also in utilising your excellent influencing, advising, and consultative skills.
 
What you will do day to day:

You will be working on sourcing for roles from our wide range of clients and finding the best candidates to fill them. Utilising a number of different strategies, you will be calling applicants who mail in, using social media such as LinkedIn and other search techniques to find and engage with top-notch candidates, scouring our very large internal database, calling referrals and using your growing professional network to find appropriate candidates.

You will then be expected to meet, submit and coach any successful candidates through the interview and placement process, in a genuine consultative manner.

As a Recruiter with Comspek, you will be expected to meet monthly targets by building relationships with candidates and delivering for our clients to enable mutually beneficial outcomes.

Our flexibility

Many recruitment agencies bind their Resourcers under tight guidelines on which client or job vertical they can work on, limit them to either contract or permanent roles only, and stop them from working on positions outside of their geographical jurisdiction.

Working as a Recruiter for Comspek you will have access to recruit on all jobs, under all Account Managers and clients, both contract and permanent and across any location. This enables you to maximise your network and your potential earnings.

We make it very attractive to work for Comspek. When you fill a position with Comspek you will enjoy a percentage of the billable for a permanent role or an ongoing percentage of the margin for a contract role, on every placement.
