Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Oversee Agile Release Trains: Advocate for DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes and tools
- Manage DevOps Release and Deployment: Supervise releases, direct deployment activities, and coordinate blackout periods
- Ensure Environment and Quality Assurance: Enhance environments, ensure quality in each release, and uphold thorough documentation
- Provide Coaching and Mentoring: Guide and mentor delivery teams on the client's Release Trains, DevOps standards, and Agile principles
About You:
- Background in DevOps or Testing
- Expertise in creating world-class SDLC processes within a DevOps environment
- Proficiency in DevOps engineering tools (such as JIRA, TestRail) and industry frameworks
- Expertise in Technical DevOps, Release/Deployment Management, Test Automation, and Deployment Architecture
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical teams and senior executives
- Adept at fostering genuine relationships
