In this 12 Month contract you will be working within a high performing team being the collaborator, and forecaster for all of their resourcing needs. 
You will be working with Leads in the team to efficiently allocate incoming pipeline of project work with available resources, matching project requirements with consultant competencies and availability.
You will be looking at skillset gaps to customer requirements and work with vendors to bring in additional talent if required. 


What you'll do;

• Manage resource requests from sales channels/account teams, project services and customer outcomes and match these requirements to suitable & available resources;
• Meet with key programmes regularly to gain insight into their forecasted project pipeline;
• Communicate any challenges pertaining to projected pipeline to the appropriate stakeholders;
• Liaising with consultants to get an update on project activities and their utilisation;
• Ensuring that all consultants have completed time sheets on a weekly / monthly basis;
• Track and report on the utilisation of the Professional Services team and highlight concerns appropriately;
• Liaise with strategic vendors to help build key relationships across the team and assist the Chapter Leads to facilitate networking / educational sessions;
