Our client are looking for a stand out Functional Consultant to come in and work with an internationally recognised company!


In this role you will be aligning Salesforce capabilities with business and end-user needs. You will be working with external partners to develop and deliver on workplans that leverage Salesforce functionality.

What we are after:

• Experience/understanding of the various Salesforce clouds/stack
• Experience in product owner and/or functional analyst roles across multiple implementations (essential)
• Experience delivering within an Agile and/or DevOps framework to realise continuous, quality, value-led change
• Experience with regular deployment and build test and release in one cycle
  

Skills

• Ability to turn business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Understanding of the basic principles of information systems and system development lifecycle
• Strong critical, analytical-based thinking and problem-solving skills
• Courage and initiative in decision making
• Instinct and experience to consult and/or escalate in a timely fashion
• Communication skills, particularly for non-technical stakeholders (verbal & written)
• Optimistic, positive attitude, strong work ethic, willing to do extra as needed
• Interpersonal skills, interacts easily with others, can operate individually and within a team
• Professional presentation and a respectful and polite manner
