Salesforce Functional Consultant 

Location: Auckland or Wellington
Duration: 12 months 
Start: January 2026


We’re seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong platform expertise to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and delivery teams. This role suits someone with solid Business Analysis capability who can also prototype and configure solutions in Salesforce (Sandbox experience essential).
 

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Owners and Agile teams to define and deliver Salesforce-based solutions

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs

  • Support Agile delivery, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices and delivery flow

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience as a BA or Functional Consultant in technology teams

  • In-depth Salesforce experience (Scheduler highly desirable)

  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and Agile delivery

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
     

Nice to have:

  • Managed packages (e.g. FSC, nCino)

  • JIRA / Confluence

  • Vendor management experience
