We're seeking Scrum Masters who are passionate about Continuous Improvement and Agile methodologies to join our client here in Wellington.
Ideally you will be Intermediate to Senior level and have a vast knowledge and proven experience of different agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean.Â
To be successful in this role, you will need experience across the following:
- Strong knowledge of Agile values and principles, and Servant Leader attributes
- Experience with breaking down epics, writing user stories, and estimating
- Previous experience as a collaborative leader
- Ability to coach teams, drive innovation and adopt new ways of workingÂ
