- Experience in a Scrum Master role for at least three-years in a team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Practical and hands-on experience with the use of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Slack
about the role:
- Responsible for the success of the overall scrum process within the scrum team
- Responsible for delivering the Product roadmap in alignment with the product owner and programme manager
- Inputs into resourcing discussions with vendors
- Ensures the observance of the Agile values and principles
