Our leading client is looking for a contract Scrum Master to work on a Cloud environment implementation.

About you: 

• Cloud implementation experience would be a bonus (ever more so if it was with Azure)
• Experience in a Scrum Master and Kanban expert role for at least three-years in a team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Practical and hands-on experience with the use of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Slack

About the role:

• Responsible for the success of the overall scrum process within the scrum team
• Responsible for delivering the Product roadmap in alignment with the product owner and programme manager
• Inputs into resourcing discussions with vendors
• Coach team members to embrace Agile framework core values, adopt and apply Agile principles
• Facilitate daily stand ups and Scrum ceremonies

Please note that this role will require you to be on-site in Hamilton 2 days per week.
