Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of business customers from an existing system to a new system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including marketers and business analysts, to piece together customer data effectively.
- Take ownership of customer communications during and after the migration process.
- Conduct thorough statistical analysis and monitoring of data.
- Utilize strong SAS and Power BI experience to extract meaningful insights.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Senior Analytics and Insights role, with a focus on Customer Data.
- Proficient in SAS and Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and confidently interact with marketers who may have limited understanding of data.
- Comfortable working with data from the ground up, as there won't be pre-built datasets.
Work from home flexibility: 3 days a week.
