The role requires an experienced Senior Business Analyst, with several years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst to carry out activities such as requirements gathering, analysis and documentation in a large complex Enterprise projects and Stakeholder management environment.
Key attributes for the role include:
- Extensive experience working in Business-facing, technology-enabled change projects
- Knowledge Management solutions, implementations involving workflow/data/roles build with a heavy Business change component
- Requirements management (elicitation, analysis, documentation for traceability, compliance)
- Stakeholder engagement (strong comms and facilitation skills essential)
- Process design (L0 – L4, eTOM/TMF)
- Hands-on QA Testing (Business Acceptance) – in-system validation of detailed requirements deployed
- Change control (change request creation, review)
- Operational handover experience (good understanding of service management model, Operational checklist and associated documentation)
