We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with HRIS experience to join client's team.
This position will be responsible for implementing a new comprehensive HRIS system.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business requirements for the new HRIS system
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and identify pain points
• Assess vendor proposals and provide recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure technical requirements are met
• Develop test plans and assist with user acceptance testing
• Provide ongoing support to end-users throughout the implementation process

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, including working in government
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with experience implementing one preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team player skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Mature and calm demeanor to deal with various stakeholders
• Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week
