About you:Â
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance and financial industry
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis
- Able to communicate complex business issues and solutionsÂ
- Experience of Agile and Lean approaches and deliveries preferred (some relation to SAFe and Scrum).
About the role:Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilise your expertise in the Agile framework to support the development and implementation of agile methodologies across the organisation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, drive discussions, and foster collaboration among team members
- Prepare comprehensive business analysis reports, including user stories, process flows, and data analysis, to support informed decision-making
- Continuously monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery
