Our large Enterprise client in the financial space is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team!

About you: 

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance and financial industry

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis

• Able to communicate complex business issues and solutions 

• Experience of Agile and Lean approaches and deliveries preferred (some relation to SAFe and Scrum).

About the role: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Utilise your expertise in the Agile framework to support the development and implementation of agile methodologies across the organisation

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, drive discussions, and foster collaboration among team members

• Prepare comprehensive business analysis reports, including user stories, process flows, and data analysis, to support informed decision-making

• Continuously monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery
