Job description
We are looking for 2 experienced Senior Business Analysts to join an existing Digital team focused on delivering real value across the business.
This role sits at the heart of digital delivery, working closely with Product Owners and Delivery Leads while partnering with business units across the organisation. The focus is not on technical analysis, but on understanding people, processes, and customer journeys, then bringing stakeholders together to shape meaningful product outcomes.
About the role
As a Senior BA, you’ll play a key role in connecting digital initiatives with business needs. You’ll spend a lot of time engaging with teams outside the digital function, building trust with stakeholders, and helping translate ideas and challenges into clear, valuable outcomes.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and driving collaboration across the business.

- Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather insights and align teams
- Mapping customer and business journeys to identify improvements and opportunities
- Bringing people together across digital and non-digital teams to ensure initiatives deliver real business value
- Helping shape and support business-led digital delivery
You’ll likely bring:
- Solid experience as a Senior Business Analyst within digital or transformation environments
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A natural ability to build relationships and influence across the business
- Experience with customer journey mapping and business process analysis
- Confidence facilitating workshops and working with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, personable approach and the ability to energise discussions and collaboration
