Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support strategic data initiatives across ERP and CRM systems. This is a hands-on role focused on data-driven analysis, process modelling, and delivering high-quality business insights to enable enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to define and validate technical and data requirements.
• Conduct data profiling, gap analysis, and develop data models, dictionaries, and flows to support systems integration.
• Document metadata, lineage, and transformation logic; ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.
• Support the design and validation of data pipelines and reporting solutions using SQL and other analytical tools.
• Facilitate workshops to capture as-is/to-be processes, technical and functional requirements, and assess change impacts.
• Contribute to cross-functional project teams, supporting data migration, testing, documentation, and delivery of ERP and CRM outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure data-related solutions meet business needs and quality expectations.

Skills and Experience

• Strong background in technical business analysis with a focus on data, integration, and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience in ERP/CRM environments and working with structured data and reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar tools to analyse and validate data.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis, data governance, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
