You will be placed in a specific area of the business focused on the client facing pieces, therefore proven Delivery experience is a must!
We’re after Senior Change Managers with 7+ years of demonstrable Change Management experience. You will be someone who is a people person, with significant experience in developing complex change management plans and interventions and identifying impacts of change.
Other experience and skills required:
- Accredited change management training at practitioner level (desirable)
- Experience in designing and delivering change facilitation workshops
- Significant experience developing complex or interdependent change management plans, identifying change impacts, developing change interventions, monitor changes and reporting.
- Previous experience in working in/with key change partners (e.g. People Development, Communications) to understand roles and responsibilities in the change process
- Experience working with large external/client facing stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate through experience to think analytically and strategically
