This will include:
- The implementation of the ITIL framework across the Technology department as well as the streamlining of existing processes between the Technology department and all areas of the business.Â
- The optimisation of processes that interact with customer experience & services processes.Â
- Ensuring well defined Incident and Event communication and notification processes and interactions with Corporate and TaaS customers, Business Sales and the Technology department.
- Compilation and execution of the Technology Christmas Readiness Programme
You will also manage the Xmas Readiness programme, so will need basic PM knowledge (Agile & Waterfall) and understand change process.
