We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Security Consultant to join our client's team. As a Senior Security Consultant, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing comprehensive security solutions for our client. This position requires expertise in Checkpoint technologies and cloud security to address the evolving challenges in the cybersecurity landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute security consulting projects for our clients, including security assessments, architecture design, and implementation
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored security strategies and solutions
• Conduct thorough security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation measures
• Design and implement security architectures using Checkpoint technologies, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and security gateways
• Develop cloud security strategies and solutions, ensuring the protection of cloud-based applications, infrastructure, and data
• Configure and manage security tools and technologies to detect and respond to security incidents and threats
• Provide expertise and guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity, including cloud security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions with other IT systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior security consultants
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on security architecture design and implementation
• Strong expertise in Checkpoint technologies, including Checkpoint firewalls, Security Management Server, and intrusion prevention systems
• In-depth knowledge and experience in cloud security, including cloud infrastructure security, identity and access management, and data protection
• Familiarity with cloud security platforms and tools such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, or Google Cloud Security Command Center
• Proven track record of designing and implementing security solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Experience conducting security assessments, audits, and penetration testing
• Knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, VPNs, and network security principles
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSE, or CCSA are highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex security challenges
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
