Job description
We’re looking for a Senior Developer with strong front-end or full-stack experience to join a high-performing team.
Auckland is preferred (3 days in office), though open to Wellington candidates as well. January 2026 start.
Key Skills
You’ll lead the delivery of complex features and technical initiatives, apply solid engineering judgment, and support production systems. The role involves problem-solving in ambiguous spaces, managing quality and risk, and contributing to a strong team culture. You’ll also mentor others and help lift the capability of the wider engineering group.

What You Bring
- 7+ years of engineering experience, finacial services/banking sector
- Proven technical leadership and end-to-end ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical and business needs
- Clear communication and effective collaboration
- Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers
- Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience)
