2 x Senior iOS Devs needed - Exciting new Digital Transformation Programme for a market leading banking client. Roles can be based in both Auckland and Wellington.

You will be joining a high-performing, delivery-driven squad focused on transforming mobile experiences within a top-tier banking environment.


What You'll Be Doing

• Build Scalable iOS Apps: Develop maintainable and performant applications using Swift and
  Xcode, aligned with platform best practices.

 

• Contribute to an Agile Team: Collaborate with cross-functional team members to analyse
  user needs, define technical requirements, and implement high-quality iOS features.

 

• Design Intuitive Interfaces: Contribute to the design and implementation of accessible,
  polished user interfaces that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

 

• Maintain Code Quality: Participate in reviews, follow coding standards, and document solutions to ensure a clean, consistent, and scalable codebase.

 

• Test Thoroughly: Conduct unit, integration, and UI tests using modern frameworks to validate functionality and meet both technical and business expectations.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in iOS app development, with a proven ability to contribute as a senior developer in a collaborative team environment.
• Practical experience building and maintaining iOS apps using Swift, with familiarity in Objective-C for supporting legacy systems.
• Solid understanding of the iOS SDK, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, and the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Xcode and Git, along with experience using modern development workflows and common iOS frameworks.

• Testing Capability: Experience designing and executing unit, integration, and regression tests using frameworks like XCTest.
• CI/CD Exposure: Understanding of automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines, and ability to support release processes in a team setting.
• Scalability Mindset: Experience or awareness of building mobile apps that scale effectively in enterprise environments.
• UI/UX Awareness: Appreciation for mobile design principles and ability to implement clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces.
• Professional Curiosity: A proactive approach to learning, with a desire to evolve your skills and stay current with iOS platform trends and tools.
