About you:
- Understanding of Financial Services industry (preference)
- Understanding of the NZQA/ITO framework and experience working with it (preference)
- Experience working in L&D or management of developing teams at a strategic level (must)
- Experience establishing or managing formal education framework (preference)
- Experience managing individuals through education, including forming a portfolio of evidence to meet capabilities required (must)
- Relationship skills to manage third party ITOÂ
- Attention to detailÂ
- Internal & external stakeholder managementÂ
They are also looking for a more mid-level Learning and Development Specialist with a good balance of creating training materials and content with some facilitation delivery.
