6 Month contract / System Implementation PM wanted. 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end systems implementation projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies and best practices, you will develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to navigate complexities will ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of systems implementation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Track and report project status, milestones, and deliverables to management and clients.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading systems implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
