Job description
Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HRIS system.
This 12-month contract role is a critical position within the organization and requires a seasoned professional with proven experience in HRIS.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire project life cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality
• Develop and manage the project plan, including project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and issues
• Define project success criteria and communicate them to all stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct regular status meetings and report progress to the executive team and project sponsors
• Manage change requests and ensure that the project remains on track
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project team
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading HRIS implementations, including product selection and RFP
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
• Experience with HRIS products such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors
• Demonstrated experience managing projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Ability to manage change and handle complex project issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience managing remote project teams is a plus
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred
