Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management efforts for the successful implementation of critical applications, ensuring project goals, scope, timeline, and budget are met.
• Utilize Agile delivery techniques to manage project tasks, track progress, and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leverage your experience with reporting to project governance boards, steering committees, and Tier 2 and Tier 3 managers to provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Play a pivotal role in managing project risks and issues, employing problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and keep projects on track.
• Foster a collaborative and productive project environment, encouraging open communication and effective teamwork.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on application implementation projects.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with infrastructure concepts is a plus, allowing you to navigate technical aspects of projects more effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project governance boards, steering committees, and communicate effectively with Tier 2 and Tier 3 managers.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications are preferred.
