The successful candidate will lead the migration effort, contributing to my clients broader strategy of transitioning personal files, folders, and data to the Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end SharePoint migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand migration requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with Scrum teams, product owners, and agile teams to align project activities with our Agile methodology.
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the smooth progress of the migration process.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement in project delivery
