Calling experienced Scrum Masters! 

We're seeking Scrum Masters who are passionate about Continuous Improvement and Agile methodologies to join our client here in Wellington. 

Ideally you will be at Senior level and have a vast knowledge and proven experience of different agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean. 

To be successful in this role, you will need experience across the following:

• Strong knowledge of Agile values and principles, and Servant Leader attributes
• Extensive Scrum Master experience in an agile environment and SaFe in particular 
• Experience with breaking down epics, writing user stories, and estimating
• Previous experience as a collaborative leader
• Ability to coach teams, drive innovation and adopt new ways of working
