Job description


We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to provide senior leadership across the end-to-end delivery of services for a large, complex service portfolio. This is a high-impact role with full accountability for service excellence, client satisfaction, commercial performance, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with a Programme Lead, programme teams, and account leadership to steer a major multi-year network and operational transition, before leading the environment into a stable, high-performing BAU state.


What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading end-to-end operational service delivery, ensuring “right first time” outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Partnering with programme leadership and delivery teams to transition a large, complex multi-year programme into BAU operations
  • Balancing client advocacy with strong commercial and operational outcomes
  • Owning service performance, client satisfaction, profitability, and growth targets
  • Leading and inspiring virtual, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple business units and partners
  • Driving service improvement, transformation initiatives, and innovation aligned to strategic objectives
  • Owning contract, financial, and commercial management across the service portfolio, alongside account leadership
  • Identifying and developing new service and growth opportunities informed by operational insight

What You’ll Bring
  • Senior experience managing complex service engagements within outsourcing or managed services environments
  • Proven capability operating at senior management and C-suite level
  • Strong background in service delivery, contract management, and commercial negotiation
  • Experience leading large, virtual, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Solid understanding of IT and telecommunications service delivery models
