Senior Systems Engineer Wanted! Great $$$ and very flexible remote working options!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wintel infrastructure and M365, as well as experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, Terminal Services, Public Cloud, Hybrid/Private Cloud, Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V), Azure Cloud, and Citrix. Exposure to multi-tenancy/hosting environments and PSA and RMM experience, particularly with ConnectWise, are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Wintel infrastructure and M365 systems
• Implement and support Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Terminal Services
• Design and implement Public Cloud and Hybrid/Private Cloud solutions
• Manage virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V), Azure Cloud, and Citrix environments
• Ensure system stability and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of ITIL fundamentals
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels internally and externally
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative and show leadership.
