Job description
Looking for a Senior Test Analyst with strong Cards and Payments experience and will be working within the Merchant Banking space.
Important - Merchant Banking experience a must, specifically Acquiring.

You’ll be part of a collaborative testing and development environment, helping to improve quality and speed to market through thoughtful testing practices and process improvements. The focus is on data quality, test automation and understanding the business intent behind the data you’re testing.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with testers and developers to identify automation opportunities
- Analyse, plan, and execute manual and exploratory tests
- Apply a strong understanding of business procedures and data governance
- Maintain focus on data quality and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships across teams
- Proven experience in testing roles within Cards Compliance and Merchant Acquiring
- Strong knowledge of scheme interchange and the wider banking industry
- Leadership or mentoring experience (graduates or junior testers)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Background in Cards and Switch systems
- Experience with Jira, automation testing, and large data environments
- Exposure to big data or data warehousing
