Job description
We are looking for an experienced Service Architect to design and shape end-to-end service workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for developing detailed service designs, supporting service aggregation across multiple delivery partners, and ensuring a smooth transition from project delivery into BAU operations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing service workflows and interface models across internal and external stakeholders
- Producing detailed service design documentation and operational models
- Supporting service aggregation across multiple vendors and technology partners
- Working closely with operational teams to enable seamless handover into BAU
- Contributing to RFI/RFP responses with clear, commercially sound service solutions
- Supporting structured customer onboarding processes
- Proven Service Management experience in complex environments
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL and Service Level Management
- Experience with ServiceNow, ideally in service design or operational configuration
- Exposure to customer onboarding and transition planning
- Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
